Urgent - can not access the full details of the form

    good afternoon

     I can not fully access services that have awarded until April 5, according to the email you sent me just last week.

     I have great urgency to access all data that are part of my form.

    As per your request, I have cancelled your subscription so that it does not get renewed at the end of the subscription period.

    Your account will enjoy Premium status until the 5th of April. Afterwards, it will revert back to free status. Your forms and data will remain unaffected by the downgrade.

    Yes, you can access all data from you form. Features are still there and up to you to use them. 

    Simply go to My Forms > Submissions or Reports
