Please help me downgrade account

    hello - trying to downgrade from my phone & can't view or click the cancel button

    I have checked the current status for your account and I can see it is scheduled to downgrade, it will take effect on August 5th, 2016.

    On that date your account will be set back to free and you will not be billed anymore.
