How do I apply a theme to my form?

Asked by katephoto on July 27, 2016 at 08:11 AM

I want to apply a Jot Form Theme to my form.  I made minor edits (changed color of font) to the Cool and Minimal form and saved it.  But now I can't figure out how to apply it to my form.  Please help.

    Thanks,

    Kate

I see that your Session Inquiry Form is already applied with the Theme that you are looking for. You may make any further changes to the form. Do let us know if you need any further assistance in making changes to your form. We will be happy to assist.

Actually, I do have another question.
I want to embed this form on my website. But I want the user to click on a button (with something like Let's Get Started on it,) then have the form appear.
My website provider, Zenfolio, is telling me that they cannot provide the button and maybe I would be better off doing it (getting the button and having it link to my form) through Jot Form.
Can this be done? If so, how?

    Thank you,
    Kate
