I have one customer who can't get the form to work. She clicks on pay and is left waiting but it never progresses to PayPal.
I have asked her to clear her cookies / cache, but it still fails. Any ideas?

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have informed our back-end team about this issue and they have fixed it as immediate as possible. Could you please check again and see if the forms are now working as expected? The problem is isolated in the EU region and it seems to be a server related issue, forms were not able to submit earlier, however, everything should be working now.
