Credit card info being submitted in form?

Asked by jtimmyf on April 02, 2012 at 12:43 PM

I have a form I have created that has two payment methods. One method is to submit the form and mail us a check. The other is to submit to us the form and include their credit card information with the form being sent to us. We handle credit card info in house. What is the best way of doing this? We want the credit card information to be secure. We are NOT using a payment provider such as: paypal, google checkout etc. Is it possible?

    Thank you,

    Tim Faulkner

    @ jtimmyf

You can create a form and embed it securely by checking the secure box, or manually adding an "S" after http

    As shown here

Then you can setup a thank you page with  post submissionb data  , so you can redirect your customer to your own payment gateway.

You might probably want to gather the info and then insert it into a database. Here you have a guide to insert such data into Mysql using PHP

Hope this helps you to accomplish what you are looking for

    Thank you for choosing Jotform!
