Hi there, i've created numerous jot forms where I create a hidden field (for tagging / sorting through our email system) and it works great. It doesn't show up on my web page, but then when the notification gets emailed to me, it does show up and also is there so it can be tracked / filtered by our email software.
But I have at least one form (transportation application) that no matter what I do, it won't show up in the body of the email. But, it WILL show up on the pdf attachment with no problem.
The text that is at the bottom is #case:application. You'll see it is NOT at the bottom of the email, but it does show up in the pdf version that is attached (I couldn't attach it to show you, sorry.)
Can you please help me figure out what needs to be tweaked to make this happen?
Thank you,
:)Kimberly Pazaski

The Clear Hidden Field Values was set to ON on your form https://www.jotformpro.com/form/41396144413956 . This must be the reason why hidden fields do not have values anymore once the form is submitted.
You can correct this in your form Preferences / Advance settings.
You can set the to OFF by using "Don't Clear" instead.
When set to OFF, hidden fields with values will not be cleared anymore once form is submitted. So the email notice should also now contain values.
Hope this help. Let us know if issue remains.
Thanks.
