I just started using JotForms since so many of my colleagues are using it.
After I made my first form, I tried to send it to someone, but the link keeps saying "Form not found." And that it is disabled.
Did I miss a step? Do I need to do something else?
I am including the link to the form below.

Your form https://www.jotform.co/form/62083957115862 was auto suspended by the anti Phishing system in place because it was suspected as a phishing form.
The form was disabled at this time due to violation of the JotForm Terms of Use.
You cannot use the form to collect credit card account data using the fields on the form. I see this on your form which violates the terms.
If you want to use payment application on your forms, you should use a payment integration instead.

For now I have corrected your form and removed the fields that violates the terms. I have reactivated your form and account.
