I created a form but I can't find it now

I created this form https://form.jotform.com/61616035699160 but now I have no idea where it is to edit it. It is not in my account. If I did create this as a free form, I should still be getting submissions, correct? I have not gotten any submissions.

The form has currently 5 submissions, but it was created using a guest account, I would suggest you to move it to your account so you do not lose it.
