    Thank you page height issue

Asked by mooke on April 02, 2012 at 03:18 PM

    Hi there,

I've created a form which is embedded within an iframe - no issues with the form itself however when it submits and brings up the thankyou message it shrinks to 300px high rather than the desired 670px. I've tried both a div height and table height to get the desired results and the issue remains.

When I'm previewing it in jotform I don't have any such issues but the following code appears when tested on my page:

    <iframe src="" allowtransparency="true" name="1" id="1" style="width: 100%; border: medium none; height: 100%; min-height: 300px;" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>

Am I able to change the code on this iframe as it sits within the form?

Any help would be great - thanks!

    M.

.....the iframe code for the form is as follows:
    <iframe src="" allowtransparency="true" name="1" id="1" style="width: 100%; border: medium none; height: 600px;" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>

Has anyone got any hints on how to size the thank you page? Even if it could just stay the same size that'd be nice!!

    Hi,

To my knowledge the generated Embedded-iframe code holds the form and thank you page height.
And generated embedded-iframe code of JotForm normally look like this..

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.com/form/123456" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:600px; border:none;" scrolling="yes"></iframe>

But your generated embedded-iframe code seems to look different. You may also want to enable scrolling="yes" to properly expand the form.

Please try generate embedded iframe code again : How to get your Forms Iframe Code and re-embed it on your page.

Inform us if this does not sorted it out. Thanks.
