Customer email submissions from my form going to spam

Asked by clintpharmaceuticals on April 02, 2012 at 04:41 PM

When a customer fills out my jotform embedded into my company website, it goes to my spam filter. I set the jotform notification preferences to use the sender's email address and not jotform's address, it still goes to spam.

When I tell my email program to accept the sender, it only accepts that specific sender. We have hundreds of customers using the form.

Is it seeing jotform in the thread, or am I missing a setting?

    Thanks for your help.

Can the Sender Email of your notification emails to noreply@jotform.com and it should sort this issue out for you. If it doesnt try whitelisting noreply@jotform.com or adding it to your contacts list.

You can also set up a rule in gmail so that mails from that address 'never go to spam folder'
