    I have a jotform button on the left hand side of my blogger blog that says "REQUEST" but I found out that the button only works on individual posts and does not work on the homepage neither does it work on stand alone pages of the blog. How do I get it to work on all pages?

    I installed it by pasting

    <script src='//jotform.us/min/g=feedback' type='text/javascript'>

      new JotformFeedback({

         formId : &quot;20898071900152&quot;,

         buttonText : &quot;REQUEST&quot;,

         base : &quot;http://jotform.us/&quot;,

         background : &quot;#A00000 &quot;,

         fontColor : &quot;#FFFFFF&quot;,

         buttonSide : &quot;left&quot;,

         buttonAlign : &quot;center&quot;,

         type : 2,

         width : 550,

         height : 400

      });

    </script>

    right before </head>

    The JotForm code is conflicting with javascript already on your webpage.

    You may be able to find a compatible lightbox script on the internet and render the form in an iframe within that.
