    Unable to complete the checkout

    I setup business checkout with PayPal which seems to work fine. The credit card option gives an error see attached.

     -I could not fine a different setting. The form lives here: http://www.myremittanceenvelopes.com/order.html.

    It is possible that there is a problem in your Paypal account configuration. You can check the error code information on this page:

    10500  - error code
    Invalid Configuration
    This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.
    Occurs when you have not agreed to the billing agreement.

    10501  - error code
    Invalid Configuration
    This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.
    Occurs when the billing agreement is disabled or inactive.

    Please make sure that your PayPal account is ready to accept payments. You can also contact PayPal Support to get assistance.

    …I did everything by the book. PayPal works great and I put in the right API credentials.
    There is no other way to check. and when I click on „TEST CREDIT CARD“ while setting it up it comes up as approved.
    Please advise.

    I assumed that you are using a PayPal Pro Business account right? Please take note that your account should be upgraded to PayPal Pro for this to work.

    Can you please try logging in to the PayPal developer page (https://developer.paypal.com). After that, go to "My Account" and then make sure that the "Direct credit cards" option is "Enabled".
