My survey shows "Over Quota" because of payment submissions. However, I removed the Payment option from the form. Why is my form still not working?

    I should still be able to view my form if I no longer have an option for Payment on my form and I am well under all of the other quotas.

    Your account is in a Bronze plan and good standing. Your submissions counter is at 18 of 1000. So, you have enough payment submissions available. Let us know if you need more help.
