You can remove pretty much everything in your form that has JotForm branding. If you are referring on the email notification, you can edit it and remove the JotForm logo.
In terms of sender emails, you can use the noreply@formresponse.com instead of noreply@jotform.com. You can also add your custom sender email if you want. This is available on the sender's email list under advanced tab on the email notification.
