Why doesn't the mp3 provided by respondent have a download option?

My forms ask respondents to upload both image and audio files however the image file automatically downloads when the link is clicked however the audio file opens in a new window and plays. How do I get the audio file to download?

Updated browsers nowadays support playing audio files like mp3 directly on the browser. That's the reason why it is not downloading immediately. If you want to download it, just save the page.

1. Open the mp3 file by clicking the download linkright

2. Right-click anywhere on the page and select "Save Page As..."
