How do I obtain a copy of the bounced emails from you?

We are constantly being placed on your "bounce list". You have instructed us to white list your domains etc. and we have done this. I am in contact with out email host and he has instructed me to obtain the bounce list in order to figure out what is going on and correct the issue. Thank you in advance for your prompt response!!!!

You can find emails sent to your in your account preferences. 

Click on history section and then choose the emails with a period since when you want to list them.

You can also see the failed email addresses in this list.

The history is only telling what emails bounced. It does not list the actual bounce list. The "failure". When an email "kicks back" to you there is a thread with it showing the failure. I need that list.
