Reactivate my account

Hi!

I would insert again  Jotform in my shop https://www.quortshirts.com in the free basic format, but I don't know how  because the 1st time was my developer to do it for me.

I also need to know if, when the customer buy the customizable tshirt, the shipping cost are added to the price...because now I see only the tshirt price in the page.

If not, there is a way to add them?

Please, explain with simple words because I'm not expertt and I don't know english well...a DISASTER :O !!!

 

 

In order to embed your form in your site, you need to get the Embed code, and paste the code into your web page where you would like to display it. Usually somewhere in the body section of your webpage and within tags: https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-form-to-a-web-page 

On regards of the shipping cost, your payment field already has a shipping cost enabled, if you want to update the amount, here is how:

1) Go into the edit mode of your form.

2) Select your payment field, and click on the wand icon.

3) Click on Continue.

4) Click on the "Shipping" tab.

5) Enable the shipping.

6) You will see the current amount set for the product, you can change it.

7) Close the wizard, the change will automatically be saved.
