Registration forms completely mobile responsive and multilingual?

Just starting with Jotform and want to know whether there are Registration forms that are completely mobile responsive and can easily be multilingual.

The form will be implemented in a minimum of 10 languages, including right-to-left Arabic.

I would prefer to start with a form template that has already been demonstrated on mobile devices and in multiple languages.

Any ideas?
