I'm not getting the primary notification anymore.

    Once again, am not receiving the primary notification to shgreen@optonline.net. I'm the main administrator. This is not acceptable.

    Hello Stuart,

    Your mail server rejected the email with this bounce back reply:

         Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.7.1 Spam detected by content scanner.  Message rejected.

    Due to this reason, your email was marked by JotForm's system to be added to the bounce list. To resolve this issue, please contact your email service provider and request to have the following IPs and domains used by JotForm to be whitelisted: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    You may also replace noreply@jotform.com with noreply@formresponse.com as your email address sender to see if your mail server is more lenient using this email address.

    If you have questions or you need further assistance, please let us know.


    Note: I also have removed your email address from the bounce list so JotForm's mail servers should try again sending emails to you for every submission that you receive.
