Android and iPhone mobile users are having difficulty using the form I have on my website.

I have customers telling me that they are having trouble submitting an application on our website. Either the user can not see the page fit correctly or it will give them issues where the screen will automatically scroll on it's own and not let them complete all the fields. I have tested your embedded form on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. I also noticed that your website is not responsive and that you are using Wix Site.

Check the mobile preview from the Wix admin. Also, you may need to activate optimized mobile view on Wix.
