Hello Andrew.  It seems that you are using a dynamic IP.  Unfortunately, you seem to be currently using an IP that was used by another user for phishing/spamming that caused for him to be suspended.  Can you try releasing and renewing your IP address from your modem?

Hi Iiyam, everything was normal when I switch to my friend modem. I can login to my Jotform account & there is no error message when I type the URL www.jotform.com. However, when I switch back to my original modem & router, the error occurs. I am even to login when I type the URL www.Jotform.com because the erro message pop-up immediately.

Pls help. I need to get back to my work ASAP.

    Regards,
    Andrew Ng

Hello Andrew.  Can you try clearing your browser's cache? Also, can you provide us the IP (if in case this is different from the last one you provided)?

    Thanks.

Unfortunately, the information you shared is of your local IP in your network.  Try visiting http://www.whatismyip.com/ for you to be able to see your public IP address

Hi Iiyam, there is really nothing I can do about it if it is a public IP address! It probably belong to the ISP. It is Jotform that has banned this public IP address, therefore is it possible for Jotform to un-ban this IP address from your server? I really don't want to get involve into the technical aspect which I am not familiar with. I am really requesting Jotform to provide a solution.

    Thank you.

Hello Andrew.  I'm asking your public IP address from you because I will need to provide the said IP to our next tier support.  Currently I cannot do anything as your account is not even suspended at all, and I see no problem with the last IP that appeared on record.

The IP address you provided is your local IP address. Unfortunately, this is not the kind of IP address that I'm looking for.

Hi Iiyam, it returns to normal. May you share with me what is the root cause & how it was resolved?

    Thank you.

it's good to know that you can now access your account.

We actually have done nothing yet because we were waiting for you to share with us your public IP address.  As you have said that you have already cleared your browser's temporary internet files (cache) and still seeing the block alert, it may be due to some propagation issues somewhere on your network which forces you to be redirected to the blocking page even if your IP is no longer banned.

If you have other questions or concerns, please do let us know.

    Thanks.
