Thank you by name

Are you referring to the Thank You page where you can put the "Name" of the user who completed the form? It is possible, you just need to edit the default Thank You page using the editor. Here's a guide:

1. Click the "Thank You" button in the toolbar.

2. The Thank You wizard will appear, please make sure that the "Default Thank You page" option is selected. Below that, you'll see the editor. Position the cursor where you want to put the "Name" and then click the "Form Fields" drop down and select the "Name" field. Here's an animation:
