It seems that you have created two separate thread for the same concern. I have already responded to your other thread. You can check the thread here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/894913. We will attend to your concern on the other thread accordingly. Regards.
- datapro1Answered on August 01, 2016 at 06:45 AMHi,
I have resolved the file type issue,
But my next issue is that I can select files and docs when I open the app on an iPhone, on a Samsung or an android the upload file buttons don't respond at all.
What could the issue be?

I've cloned and tested your form on IPhone 5s and Samsung duOS. I am not able to reproduce the same issue that you’re having.
I am able to submit the form without any issues. Could you provide us which file extensions are you uploading?
