I have resolved the file type issue,
But my next issue is that I can select files and docs when I open the app on an iPhone, on a Samsung or an android the upload file buttons don't respond at all.
What could the issue be?

I've cloned and tested your form on IPhone 5s and Samsung duOS. I am not able to reproduce the same issue that you’re having.
I am able to submit the form without any issues. Could you provide us which file extensions are you uploading?
