    Incorrect Info being emailed

    I have a form on my accout that is showing correctly online and all appears to be functioning as planned, However when the email is received it is showing all the fields from the form it was originally copied from (which are way too many fields). How can I make sure that the fields on the online form are the ones used in the email confirmation?

    I have figured it out!!
    When copying over a form, all the email formats from the old form need to be removed and reset when the revised form is complete.

    Hi John,

    Greate that you sorted it out yourself.
    And yes you are correct, sometimes you just got to clear and re-create the E-mail alerts in order for the revised form fields to reflect them. This is due to browser's cache keeping those old info and fields.
