I'm trying to get my forms into a document form so I can send them in docusign to add into email. I am using Microsoft exchange. Ideas? Suggestions?Page URL:

I am assuming you want to embed your form to a word document. But unfortunately it is not possible to embed your form to a word document. It is possible to have a fillable PDF copy of your form:
This is usable in a similar manner to a word document.
