    Bouncing: Why my email address is constantly being added to the bounce list?

    I have literally followed every step in this guide, and I am still constantly missing form submissions because our company's emails are continuing to be put on the bounce list. I have seen that I am not the only user with these issues. Please make this fix a priority.

    Could you please provide us the email address that presents this issue? 

    I have checked some of the email addresses you're using on your form and I can see they're not currently on our bounce list. 

    Also, if possible, please provide us the form with the email, we will be glad to take a look and make some tests in order to find why your email bounces constantly.

    As always, as soon as I realize submissions aren't coming through, the first thing I do is remove the email from the bounce list. That is why there aren't any currently on the bounce list.

    The following email addresses have repeatedly been put on the bounce list:

    hr@suncountrysports.com

    camp@suncountrysports.com

    events@suncountrysports.com

     

    We use many forms. Here are the most common forms that are bouncing:

    I have checked your email notifications and I can see the emails are properly set up, I have cloned one of your forms as I can see you're using conditions and I can see it works fine, I receive the emails. 

    I will forward this thread to our second level so our developers will investigate why your email addresses are constantly bouncing. 

    Please if you notice them again into our bounce list, please do not remove it and let us know so we can provide the bouncing message to our developers.

    Same here, for months now. 

    The guidance to fix this from support here doesn't work.

    I think the only way to fix this is to set-up the SEND from your own email/host.

    I also use AWeber and don't have any of these issues.

    Addresses end up on the bounce list most often due to rejecting emails as spam.  If the email provider has blacklisted any of our IP's or domains, it will result in continued filtering.  This in turn results in the address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.

    Setting up the notification to send from your own address would indeed allow for less filtering since the sender is on the same domain as the recipient.

    The bottom line is that JotForm is not reliable anymore. It's far to complicated to configure everything and then you have to check every day to see if your notification email addresses are on the bounce list.

    I find that if a Gmail address is used, it tends to work best and most consistently.  I have several forms that do not have any bounce issues and receive daily submissions.  If you would like to have us check your form, please create a new thread and we will be happy to have a look.

    Gmail was the email address that was the worse, in my experience.

    Form not being submitted on website (Private)

    Hi, 

    I write today because my "Tradtional Caricature Entertainment" form is not going through after hitting "submit".  The "Please wait" button appears, but after 2+ minutes, the form still doesn't go through.  

    Before opening my Jotform account, that too, took a while and it wasn't until the 3rd attempt to open the Jotform account that I was able to open it.  The first 2 attempts, Jotform showed a window that expressed there was an error.

    Is the "Traditional Caricature" form not going through due to technical issues on Jotform's system or is there a change I would need to make on the system I created?

    We can't find your email addresses in our bounce lists.
