I have just made my second form and i cant get it to work. it keeps saying diabled. I am on the free plan. I thought i had access to build unlimited forms. I have checked the preferences and it all says enabled. Can you please help.

I have reactivated your account, but I have deleted the credit card fields in the mentioned form. Please refrain from creating the same again.
If you'd like to charge your clients at a later date, you can use our payment integration and enable authorization only. For example, Paypal.
