To Whom It May Concern,
I accidentally deleted the full name field and then saved the form. So now our hundreds of forms with the client's name field is now missing. Is there anyway someone can help me restore this field with the client's information in the field. This was a horrible mistake and I am hoping someone can help me fix this.
PLEASE TELL ME YOU CAN HELP!!!! It is for the form called "Service Agreement NY - 2012".
Btw, I just made this mistake about 15 minutes agao.

Could you please try to add the same full name field to your form and save it? Then, please re-check your submissions to see if that helps.

I did but it did not help. The field is there but it is just now empty.

I am very sorry to inform you, but I am afraid that we do not provide restorations.
As far as I can see, you have a signature field. You may use that field for manual restoration (edit each submission, one by one). Please also check your notification emails to see if name data is there.
