As a stand-alone form, how do i change the page icon from jotform icon to our own?

As a stand-alone form, how do i change the page icon from jotform icon to our own? Actually, we're quite keen to embed the jotform within our html page/via wordpress but not sure how to do it.

It is not possible to change favicon on stand alone form.
