I checked and it appears that your email address has been bounced listed:
TheROkid@aol.com is on the bounce list

As you could see it, AOL is blocking us for violating DMARC policy but we are sending the form emails using our own server and sender email so I'm not sure why that happens.
AOL is known to have a very strict anti-spam measures so make sure to add email@example.com to your contact or safe sender list. Also, whitelist jotform.com domain. AOL allows whitelisting of a domain so please do that as well.

I was trying to forward forms to the organizational address you'd see in this account's history, but, for some reason, the system kept trying, apparently, to forward forms there, instead.
Those failed emails are actually an email from your form(s), not the forward emails. That was a different email. You can click the arrow to view the details of the email. For forwarded emails, you should see "FWD", not unless you change it before sending:
TheROkid@aol.com is your primary email address.
Yes, Welvin, thanks, but they coincide (I believe) with what I(!) was trying to forward...that's why I wrote what I did.
