    "This form is currently unavailable!"

    I have looked at the form on the back end, but cannot figure out why it stopped working.  We have no submissions thus far this month and have not otherwise exceeded the allotments on our account.

    I checked our email logs for the addresses in your form and to a couples of the addresses the emails have indeed been failing.  It looks like those addresses was rejecting the emails as spam.  When enough were rejected, it resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.

    I removed the addresses from the list and the notifications should attempt to send once again.  For more information on how to prevent this from happening again in the future, please see the following guide:

    Apologies, this looks to have been a different issue other than the emails.  I checked your form and it does not currently show as unavailable.  This may have been a temporary issue.  Is it still showing that way on your end?  If so, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
