My Dropdown-menu fields are displaying two tabs to click on.
Please assist, thank you in advance: and I look forward to receiving your response.

Currently your drop-down menu fields width is set as 250px. I would suggest to remove that, and will automatically adjust the width.
So please click on the Edit properties of Drop-down list:
Then select the "Options" tab, and keep the width field empty:
You can also verify it on my Clone form: https://form.jotform.com/62145685603962
If you face any issue, or need further assistance, feel free to revert back.

Dear Irshad,
I tried reducing the length before I initially contacted support. And
your recommendation still does not solve the issue. I also deleted
and recreated the field, and tried changing the dropdown style to
the original setting in the Theme Designer (which worked in the past
on different form) all with out success.
If you could look into this issue once again, or consult a co-worker
regarding it will be appreciated.
In closing, I again look forward to receiving your response.

It does indeed look like it was caused by the theme applied to the form. Here is a copy of the form with themes completely removed:

The duplicate dropdown button is no longer present. You can clone the form to your own account if you would like:
