Is there a way to set up a form, spanning two week selection of events with capacity limits for each event? More detail below.

The Finance team at Tesco is running a ‘Community Fortnight’ campaign in October, which encourages all Finance colleagues to take a day out of the business to give something back to their local community. The team working on this have a grid of all the available partnerships, across the UK and International, for colleagues to choose from over a two week schedule. They also know the sign-up capacity for each ‘session’ on each day. What we want to do is create a grid online, so that people can peruse what’s available, when, but also understand that there is a capacity limit for some of the ‘sessions’. Is this something we could set up on Jot Form? Thank you so much.

There are few widgets that have this, but based on what you have mentioned I am under the impression that one person can select the same option only once - for one submission - and that there is no need for quantity, in which case the following widgets would work best: Appointment Slots and Ticket Purchases - Form Widgets

You can add them to your form by following the steps here: How to Add a Widget to your Form
