Configuring reply-to recipient on email notificationAsked by Jewell on August 02, 2016 at 05:07 PM
Something has changed in the last several weeks. When reply to a client, the return email is not correct and is listed as me and/or the person whom I hired to create this form. The "From" and "Reply" should be to the person who sent the inquiry.

This is not always safe in terms of email delivery to populate 'From:' address with user's email address due to DMARC policies. We do not currently provide an option to use user's email as the 'From:' address.
However, the email notifications can be configured to receive the user's email address in 'Reply-to:' field.
As far as I can see, the 'Reply-to:' population is working properly on your form #22218730137144.
