My forms are being submitted but

Your account was on dormant status. it is because you must have been not login for a long time.
I activated it. In addition to that recipient email was in bounced list. I also removed it. Please test your form again.

I've never had to log in before to get my forms.
What about the forms I'm missing from July 30th?
Can those be retrieved?

If you are referring to your form submissions, you can always check them in your form submissions page. If you have missed the emails, you should be able to find them in your form submissions page.
