I'm still waiting to hear about a fix for my "submit" button

    I am constantly getting emails from people who try to fill out my forms and at the end of a long process can't find the "submit" button. Here is an example of someone writing from Spain. Obviously, I have no idea what exactly the problem is, other than the "submit" button is not visible by the time a person fills out the form. 

    Dear friends, 
    we have been trying to fill the application form for your festival, and at the end there was not a sign to be able to send it, we tried to print it but we do not have an address to send it in regular post.
    Could you please send  me an attached with an application form?

    This is not the first message I've gotten about this, and it's a major problem. 

    I have written about another problem, that tabbing from one required field to another causes an error message to display and the form to elongate, and although I was promised an immediate solution, weeks have passed and there is still a problem.

    Obviously, forms that can't be submitted are useless. Please let me know ASAP if these problems can be fixed, or if I need to find a different service.

    I check your web site were you embeded your form and I see that your form is cut off. Have you tried already re-embeding your form using iFrame method? If not, please give a try and before you re-embed your form using iFrame method, delete browsing cache and cookies first.

    If the said issue still persist after using iFrame method, please let us know so we can further assist you.
