I paid through paypal to upgrade to a premium, and for an hour or so it did, but now im back to a free account, and i cant accept any more payments through my forms. I have sent an email to support, but as my account has reverted back to a FREE account, i guess they wouldnt get it!! What can i do???

I have upgraded your account manually yesterday. I'm not sure why it wasn't upgraded.
