    customers can't upload! any idea why this might happen?

    the upload limit is something like 30mb

    but some people, not all cant upload a file even 2mb

    i have tested the form myself and everything is fine my end 

    there is no restriction on file type but it just stays hanging on please wait even ten minutes later

    Hi,

    Can you ask them to try clearing cache and upload small file sizes to check. They can aslo change browser to rule-out browser related problem. I will forward this issue to our developers also check and will revert.

    Thanks for your feedback. I have just opened this link via firefox snd working fine. Please confirm if they still have the issue. It would have been an issue with mya be the browsers then.

    Hi

    We are still getting the upload problem!
    Just had a call this morning from a Mac user using safari
    It appears to only work on explorer.

    Any help to resolve this will be much appreciated as we will soon be having hundreds using our site.

    You have multiple copies of the JotForm script codes on your page (at least 6). That might be the reason why your form's upload field is malfunctioning.

    Kindly remove ALL JotForm codes in your site then re-embed your form, this time using the script Embed <> method.

    To get your form's Embed <> codes:

    1. Click Setup & Embed tab
    2. Click Embed Form button
    3. Choose Embed <> option
    4. Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen

    After re-embedding, do some tests then post your results here. We will be waiting for your feedback.

    Can we request for more details on your inquiry.?

    Are you saying the form would not updates the changes in design mode in the form builder? Please try click on the autosave button to SAVE/UPDATE the form.
