Pass multiple values for radio buttons (conditions)

    Good afternoon-

    We are trying to collect two values for the phone by using radio buttons... instead of having 2 phone fields, we would only have a phone field. The radio buttons (options: home or mobile) would determine the name of the field when the phone value is passed.

    Phone: this field would allow someone to enter their phone and require them to click either a mobile radio button or a home radio button, which would in turn pass the corresponding value:

    {mobile_phone}

    {home_phone}

    So you fill out your number in the phone field, choose the mobile radio button, and the phone number comes through the mobile_phone field.

    Is this at all possible?

    Thanks!

    No that is not possible. A way around this could be creating two phone fields, and show a specific one depending on the selection: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer
