    Received Client Report about Incomplete Value Error trying to submit form

    I am new to Jotforms.  I have created a few forms and tested them, but I haven't seen this error yet.  

    One of our clients is getting an error message that says:

    Incomplete Values 

    There are incomplete fields in your submission.  

    Please go back and fix the problem(s)

    I have tried to troubleshoot the issue, but I haven't been able to duplicate it on my end.

    Can you look at the form and see if you can find an issue?

    I see that you are having a problem with incomplete values and usually that is because they didn't fully fill out the form and so it throws an error because of it though on a rare occasion it can sometimes be due to something else.

    Did this get reported to you today or yesterday? Or when did it happen?

    I've tested your form on my end and it seems fine so perhaps they didn't fill in all of the fields correctly on your form.

    Hi Kade,

    Thanks for the quick response.

    I occurred late Tuesday night (8/2).  (The form went live on our site Tuesday afternoon).  The client sent us a screenshot of the form and it appeared to be completely filled out.  They said they tried a few times and always got the error message, so they gave up and sent us the screenshot.

     We have been receiving the form from other clients.

    Could you please ask you client to try to submit the form using any other browser?

    Your form configuration appears to be fine. I have tried to reproduce the issue with a cloned version of your form, but everything worked right.
