I have a field called "Transaction Number" on my "[new] Pending Advance 2 - AC Application" form.
It is a hidden form that goes up one number every time and has a prefix of "P-"
This has always worked in the past but lately it will assign the same number twice to totally different people with no rhyme or reason. I cannot find a setting that is messed up on this. Can you help?

I have checked your form and you are referring to Unique ID field. I have checked submissions of your form and I found submissions with the same Unique ID values and that should not happen, unless you change the values manually.
There are three submissions with same Unique ID. I have checked time of those submissions and they are from yesterday 2016-08-02 between 14:17 and 17:13. Approximately at that time we had an issue with our servers and I think that caused mentioned issue. This should not happen again.
I will raise this issue to our developers, for further checking. Once there is an update we will inform you via this thread.
