You lifted the suspension and now it's back on again and i cant use my forms. Please fix as soon as possible I rely on the forms.

Hello Daniel, your account was autosuspended by our phishing detector because 2 of your forms (https://www.jotform.com/62146764896167 and https://www.jotform.com/62154909648162) contain label fields that might have triggered our filter:

Please avoid using terms/keywords/labels that pertain to sensitive information on your forms to avoid being automatically suspended by our filters.

I understand there's no ill-intent behind this and the labels are quite clear and straight forward so we're sorry for the troubles - I have reactivated your account so you should now be able to start working on your forms again :)

As a gentle reminder, I'm pasting a snippet from our Terms:

Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

Hope that helped! Don't hesitate to get back to us if you have further questions.

Your account is currently autosuspended. Our phishing tool detected that you have suspicious fields in your form. I checked it and I found out that you are asking for the "Last 4 Digit of Credit/Debit Card". You are not allowed to collect credit card information here in JotForm. Please check our Terms of Use.

We can re-activate your account but we need to delete those guilty fields. If that is okay with you, please let us know.

Also, if you need to collect payments or credit card from the user, you need to use one of our payment processors

You can refer to this guide on how to capture credit card information and charge the customer later. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization

We'll wait for your reply. Thank you.

can you just delete the "credit/debit card" words from the title of the field and re-activate me? I simply need these fields to ensure my clients and I have the correct/same date and digits in a signed document. The clients personally hand us their cards for swiping/processing in our office. I use the forms to save paper and keep them in emails.

We do not allow for the collection of such details for any reason and have recently needed to become more strict due to becoming PCI compliant.  I removed the credit card fields from the form and activated your account.  Your form should be usable once again.
