Where did my submissions go?

I can only see 435 but I know that I should have almost double that. Is it because I hit maximum capacity on storage? How do I recover my old submissions? It's incredibly important.

I see that you are wondering what happened to some of your submissions.

So I've taken a look at your account and found that this is because you've reached the free account max storage limit of 500 total submissions.

Once you go beyond that limit if you do not make a backup of the data our system will begin deleting older submissions in your account to make room for newer submissions when received.

If this happened recently and it hasn't been several weeks then you can easily upgrade and our system will restore access to all of your submissions data.
