Made the payment for premium package but no upgrade

    I've made payment of 9.99$ for first month but seems that I don't get my premium account. My account type seems that is "free"...

    Upon checking your account, I found out that you are already activated to PREMIUM account. Kindly, Logout to your JotForm account, delete browsing cache and cookies then log back in.
