Where do I put the submit buttonAsked by MBWHS on August 04, 2016 at 02:01 AM
When I have the submit button at the bottom it won't show unless the DASS21 questions are made visible due to conditional formatting. But if I put it before the DASS21 and the responses in the earlier questions make the DASS21 questions visible then the submit button appears half way through the form! Also is there a way of getting the Dass21 radio buttons to appear on a phone the same way they do on the screen?
I have cloned and inspected your form and I saw that submit button is before DASS21 Form Collapse field.
When submit button is moved to bottom of the form it will not be shown, because of the Form collapse "Click to edit this text..." which is set to be hidden and closed. To resolve your issue you need to set your Form collapse field "Click to edit this text..." to be Open and Hidden.
This will be he result.
Here is my cloned form where I moved submit button to bottom of the form and set Form Collapse field to be open and hidden: https://form.jotform.com/62162734856966
Feel free to clone it.
I have moved your other question to separate thread and we will provide you an answer there shortly. https://www.jotform.com/answers/898225
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
