We have paid but our account is not yet active?

    Dear Jotform,

    This is the second time I have emailed now regarding our recent payment by Purchase Order, last time I was told I would have to wait two weeks.

    We have received confirmation from Bluesnap that our PO has been processed, when will the account be live?

    I would appreciate a response with more detail than asking me to wait or alternatively a phone number I can call to esquire further having just spent £800 on this I believe that it is a reasonable request.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may caused you. Unfortunately, we do not have a support phone number, you can reach us 24/7 one the forum and can also write an email to support@jotform.com.

    First of all, thank you for providing the screenshot of the confirmation email. When I've checked your reference number, It seems the status of your payment is PO awaiting payment. It means the BlueSnap didn't receive the actual payment yet. The screenshot that you've sent us is a confirmation email that the PO is approved, meaning, all the details are correct including the reference number of the transaction. I am sorry to say that, the standard timeframe of Purchase Order is one or two weeks.

    By the meantime, If you reach your limits, feel free to contact us anytime. We will be reset your limits with pleasure.
