    Is there a limit to the number of reply messages I can send with the free account?

    I only have 7 out of 100 submissions showing and I have a free account. I was testing the reply function alot to check if it would work for our needs. I was also testing the fwd submission button alot as well. Now when I hit reply, i get an error message that says "Ooops! You have reached your limits". I need to know that this will not happen in the future with a paid account.

    The Premium account will allow you 1,000 submissions per month , and same number for SSL and Payments

    Regarding to your free account, I have cleared your form cache, as it should not show you such message , because you haven't reached your limites

    Thank you. I plan on updrading to the Premium Account when we are ready to launch our website. We were replying to and forwarding submissions, which eventually caused an issue for jotforms. Are we charged anything for replys and forwards? I cannot find any reference to this and assumed this feature would be unlimited. I want to know that every time we reply to a submission it is not charged as another submission. Will we have to clear our form cache in the future?

    Also, are we charged anything for the notification and auto responder emails? I assumed that these would be unlimited as well.

    No you are not charge anything for replies and forwards. There might be a limit on the number of replies per hour. Moreover, replies are not counted as submissions.

    When checked you currently have 8 submissions which is way below the limit.

    I get the same message (oops you've reached your limit) when forwarding a submission.

    I also have a free plan, but only 22 out of 100 submissions.  

    Hope you can help fix this.

    @diaconaalsteunpunt,

    We have hourly limits on the number of submissions replies or forwarding. We had to do this because spammer abused this feature to send spam using our servers. Sorry about that. 

    The limits are higher for Premium/Professional users. So, if you really need this feature, you should probably consider our $9.95 plan.

    Currently, free users are limited up to 2 submissions replies/forward per hour.

    I got the same problem and here's the deal: I will be using JotForm for my website which is a classified ad website. I would like to send confirmation replies manually, I expect to have around 60 - 70 day. Is there any way to go around the limit?

    @canion,

    Unfortunately, we can't increase this limit to free users. The main reason why we strictly implemented this limit is to prevent form abusers to use our server for sending spams.

    We hope that you've understand. You may however, consider upgrading to our paid plans for higher limits. Thank you!

    Hey,
    Thanks for the quick reply. What is the highest reply/forward limit with a paid
    account. I don't really care how much it costs per month, I just need to be able
    to forward a lot of submissions as a confirmation to my customers.
