WHEN I FORWARD A SUBMISSION I HAVE TO COMPLETE A CAPTCHA.
IS THERE ANY WAY OF REMOVING THIS FEATURE?
IT IS NOT SOMETHING THAT I HAVE PUT ON MY FORM.

You can only remove the Captcha field in the Forward Submission if you're on a paid account. However, the Captcha field will remain if you're using a free account. We have to show it for free accounts since there are users who abuse the service to send spam/phishing messages using free to register accounts.
