Sub-user with an already created account can't access the submissions

    I see that your account is having two sub-accounts. However, I am able to see that only one account is registered. The other account shared with the name zahra is not having any account registered. It is required to register an account using the same email address so that the forms/submissions shared can be viewed by the sub-account user.

    Yes the one with the registered account cannot access the submissions even though I selected to share the submissions with her. I shared it with the same email address of the Jotform account she uses and it says that she has "unauthorized access".

    Did you mean janet@theraplay.org, right? I checked her account and was able to view the submissions of the shared form. Can you ask her to check again?

    She should click your username under Shared with you section to view the forms:
