The answer to one question on my form is not showing up in the emailed response.

    I've tried radio buttons, check boxes and a text box.  Always blank.  Are there limitations to the free version?  Suggestion?

    Deleting the email and re-creating it should fix this problem.

    To delete the email, open your form on the Form Builder and then:
    1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
    2. Click on "Email Alerts",
    3. Select "Notification",
    4. Click on "Delete Email" button,
    5. Save your form.

    To re-create your email:
    1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
    2. Click on "Email Alerts",
    3. Select "Add New Notification",
    4. Complete the wizard,
    5. Save your form.
